David Allen's book identifies with anyone looking to improve their ability to tackle day-to-day tasks, whether you are completely lost or savvy when it comes to optimizing your effectiveness. He lays out the certain areas in most peoples life that can be done quicker and better then offers up tips and suggestions to do so.
You'll need to be truly interested in the topic of the book to get anything out of it, and the less organized person will get the most. People that have been smart about optimizing their time may find the book insultingly obvious at points. However, this book will be instrumental whether you are kicking off a new phase of your life or you need reminders of how valuable time really is.
